Your first session is free. Below are the rates, how payment and medical aid work, and answers to the questions I'm asked most often.

First session is free
Sessions are held online, 60 minutes long, and I can submit to medical aid on your behalf.
Online sessions

You tell me what brought you here. I listen, ask, and we get clear on what you actually want to be different. If you're coming as a couple, both of you get heard.
You leave with a next step
Every session ends with something concrete to take into your week. Over time, those small adjustments become the change you came for.

Complete your intake & consent form
Please complete the intake and consent form online before your first session. It takes a few minutes, and it means we can use the session itself to talk.

Frequently Asked Questions
